Weird Technique That Peels Fat Off Your Body!…(HIIT Fitness Training)

High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT fitness training).  Now that is a tongue-twisting mouthful for sure!

Is this just another New Year’s resolution fad?  Could this be a better way to train your body?

HIIT fitness training is a type of interval training that alternates short periods of intense exercise with short recovery periods.  They are usually less than 30 minutes in length. They provide a continued calorie burn for an extended period of time...even after the workout has been completed.

Without going into the science behind this type of training, I have to ask myself three questions…

  • Am I willing to up my intensity level?
  • How badly do I want to get in shape?
  • Can I spare 30 minutes a day to do this workout?

HIIT fitness training improves strength and endurance!  Excellent benefits for all age groups.

There are other significant benefits to HIIT fitness training.  Many people notice…

  • Decrease in their body fat percentage.   
  • Improvement in their heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Some may see an improvement in their blood sugar.

Recent research at the Mayo Clinic even showed that doing HIIT fitness training could potentially reverse cellular aging through a more efficient way of utilizing proteins in the body.  

Who wouldn’t want that?

If you are short on time and want to get active, consider trying High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT).  Another benefit is that you get to rest in-between each exercise!  Who doesn’t like that?

The principles are very simple.  Train hard…rest, then rinse and repeat. Balance this regimen by a more moderate cardio-training program.

If I can do it, anyone can do it!

Most HIIT fitness training does’t require much equipment, because most of the exercises focus on using your body weight.

Another great advantage…no need to spend a lot of money on expensive weight equipment!

HIIT fitness training can be simple exercises that you have done all your life. Exercises like jumping jacks, sprinting, and push-ups…things you can do at home or in your garage.  

All it takes is a little planning and motivation!

For me, pushing myself gives me a feeling of accomplishment!  I really get pumped when I discover that I can do things I never believed I could do…

Like 100 push ups after sprinting 400 meters!  

Each time you workout, you are pushing it to the limit.  In no time at all, you will see results! It actually becomes a fun challenge because it isn’t the same boring workout routine every day!

If you are just starting HIIT fitness training, it is important to be smart!  I highly recommend that you have a certified personal trainer set you up and mentor you on your fitness journey.  Start slowly. You’ll quickly get the hang of it and be looking for the intensity zone before you know it!
